 Whether we spend our day mostly sitting, or on our feet, we often take our stress in our feet and legs, without even noticing. This visualization helps you release any tension in your feet and legs and ensure good circulation.

Muscle tension, cramps, or other pain in the feet and legs can often be attributed to old injuries or weaknesses we are not even aware of. We ‘take’ our stress in the parts of the body that are the weakest or most susceptible as a result of our ‘history’ (physical, mental and emotional). Another reason for tension or fatigue in your feet and legs, could be long hours of sitting at a desk without breaks. Doing this exercise regularly combined with standing up and walking once around your desk every half-hour, can help relieve the stress.  (Always check with your healthcare provider, to ensure there is no other cause.)
