 Sometimes, taking a few deep breaths or even doing a brief relaxation exercise isn’t enough for us to de-stress effectively and sustainably. Occasionally our stress level or thoughts of worry and anxiety are so strong that we may need to take 5 minutes, find a place where we will be undisturbed, and bring our full awareness away from our busy mind and down into our entire body, for a full body relaxation.

This relaxation exercise takes you deeper into such a full-body relaxation, making you better able to sustain a centered, non-stressed and focused state.
